Reining & Cow Horse Clinic

Steph and Mitch Dunnachie are teaming up to offer a practical, no-nonsense clinic focused on reining and cow horse skills. Steph runs a successful reining training and coaching program, helping riders and horses develop their skills to progress to whatever level they are chasing. Mitch is a performance horse farrier and a passionate competitor in both the reining & reined cowhorse. Recently winning the Open Cow Horse Futurity at the National Reined Cow Horse Association of Australia. 

With a focus on fundamentals, show preparation, and improving feel and timing, this clinic offers valuable insight from two experienced horsemen who are keen to share what works.

 Holmes Horses invites you to a 2-day Horsmanship, Groundwork, Trouble Shooting, Creating Forward Movement and much much more at PQH Horsemanship

DATE: October 18th & 19th 2025.

 All riders are welcome, however this clinic will serve best those who can competently walk trot and canter, ridden horses as this clinic is a horsemanship, groundwork and building confidence.

Grant is passionate about colt starting, teaching and pushing for results from yourself and your horse regardless of how big or small your goal is. We promote a fun and supportive environment where everyone can feel confident to learn!

Cost is $550 per person for the 2 days with lunch and morning tea included each day.

Camping is available!

There are amenities, however for power please bring a generator if you wish to power up.

Please be advised spots in the clinic are not secure until non refundable deposit is paid. Full payment is due up front. No payment plans, no holds on spots.

Fencesitters $50 + gst per day.

Those that attended the clinic earlier this year, would agree that the clinic gives you so many tools to take home and it's not about running the pattern! 

Kelley competed a couple of weekends ago at Blaire Park with 15.381sec, is riding at national level here in Australia and along with Shelley that qualified for the World Titles numerous times in America.. Now calling Australia home and we are lucky enough to have them here! Come and join us for this awesome clinic, fun filled days, laughs to be had and safe and encouraging environment and all level riders welcome!
