PQH Horsemanship

Located just 10 minutes from the Ayr CBD and open 6 days a week, PQH offers a range of lesson time-slots to ensure riding is accessible for workers, busy parents and families. Our horses are quiet, reliable and gentle in nature however we also offer the ability to take lessons on your own horse.

We have a range of horses to suit riders of all levels and abilities.

Our horse riding school facilities including 60 x 30 outdoor arena, 20mtr round yard with lane way to arena, small cattle holding yard with ramp, Concrete wash bay & we can light it all up!

We embrace a learning environment that will be specialized to Beginner & Nervous riders to help build your confidence in the saddle so you can get more enjoyment out of your riding. We have school horses available for lessons or you can bring your own horse to your lessons.

Myself & Steve have just moved our family from Norwell Qld to Jarvisfield, Ayr Qld. Wanting to expand my passion for horses and western style riding. Having had the opportunity to be trained by some of the best in cutting, western style riding & mustering and for the past few years competing in Cutting I am excited to bring this to the Burdekin!
